Despite being founded just months before the pandemic hit Israel, the Beta Israel Business Center (BIBC) continued helping Ethiopian Israeli businesses survive and grow.   Small businesses developed an online presence, with digital marketing tools and training as well as support for bricks-and-mortar enterprises.  Headed by Tech Career founder and tech-entrepreneur Asher Elias,  BIBC helps more than 150 Ethiopian Israeli-owned businesses.
